What do you do to improve your sleep?

Start by going to bed at a regular time each night, especially when you have nothing else planned. take some quiet time before you so, turn off all extraneous noise and embrace the silence. Turn off computers, tv sets and other stuff, lets your eyes adjust. Do some reading before you turn your light out, make it peaceful reading, nothing exciting, you want to be relaxed.

Don’t eat piles of food before going to bed, don’t eat aything before bed and keep fluid intake to a minimum. You shouold have drunk plenty earlier. Avoid alcohol where you can, it does not provide natural sleep. resolve any arguments with your other half and yourself, forgive yourself x Have a clean conscience. say your prayers and be grateful for the day you have lived, it may be your last. Go to the loo.

Ask for a dreamless night and you will have peaceful dreams. Let the cat sleep where it wants, stroke her if you must move her. You share the house and the animal has chosen you. Ask for a peaceful and safe night and you will get these things, the universe is always listening. Change the bed clothes on a regular basis and keep them natural materials. Sleep naked, you wear clothes all day, so give your skin a break. if you are alone, enjoy the space you have. if with someone, hold them and cuddle them, you may not get the chance again.
