If I won the lottery ( had lots of money)

First I would make sure and when I was fully satisfied that this event had happened. I would do the following:

I would sign off of state benefit and say I do not need you any more.

I would stop this needless, pointless and painfiul process of looking for work.

I would work for full time, but for myself. ( Which I already do)

I would not worry my head about where my next meal ticket was coming from. ( Not that I do)

In turth life would probably continue in much the same vein as it does right now. I would still write, paint and do other creative stuff. I might even get a high street studio and get a better website. I would definitely eat better and grow more of my own food, on my own land. I would probably move away from my current abode and go live in the sticks somewhere quiet. It would be nice to clear up a few loose ends and pay back a couple of bills and at the same time invest something in lets say a lasting legacy for something, someone or somewhere. Something that satisfies the ego, the spirit and whatever else that consitutes the human condition.

I may get a few more cats, black ones of course. Open a cat sanctuary, employ people. Be useful, help the greater community, make some peoples lives easier and tell a few others to take a walk somewhere. I would go on holiday more often and have a better car, one in which the electrics behave better. I would probably get a house keeper, so I don’t have the fag of washing the plates or doing the vacuuming any more. I would buy Jackie her own home and ensure she has the staff if she needs them. I might even buy up the old family home, make it new and do something there. Who knows?

money can buy you a lot of things, but can it buy you love? i doubt it. It sure as hell cannot buy you happiness, but if you are happy already, then who cares. You know have an extensiuon to increase that happiness, to be happier. Are material goods all that great? too right when you are really itching to get a new laptop. Cause your current one is knackered and you cannot afford the new thing. My current laptop is absolutely fine by the way. It would be quite nice to have some bigger speakers, and a new amp to annoy the neighbours with by playing loud old school vinyl through the walls.
